This is a composite sequence that I photographed of the Blood Wolf Moon lunar eclipse in the winter of 2019. It was cold out and partly cloudy but I took advantage of breaks in the clouds and photographed the progression of the eclipse.
Through my photography, I strive to capture the beauty of natural places and the spirit of wildlife and natural subjects. I hope to foster a deeper awareness and appreciation for the fragile natural environment that we must cherish and protect. I’ve backpacked thousands of miles to some of the most remote areas in the country in order to document the wildlife and natural beauty that still remains in our great country. During the recent years of extremely limited travel, I have continued to capture unique images right from home.
